Dear Elaine, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I can view the booking was amended and this is showing as live in our system. It is likely the car park were looking at the previous details as when a booking is amended in our system the original is cancelled and it is rebooked under the same reference with the new details. For future reference if there are any issues on arrival please contact us as soon as possible and we can resend the booking to the car park and ensure this is loaded on the car parking system for your return. Kind Regards The Looking4.com Team

Dear Ziemowit , Thank you for taking the time to leave a review We apologise on the car parks behalf if the ANPR system did not recognise your vehicle. We responded to your email on 24/08/2026 and requested further evidence to send to the car park. Please respond to the email at your earliest convenience with the details requested. Please note, for future reference, if you are requested to pay for a booking that you have pre-booked on exit, you will need to press the assistance button on the barrier and make them aware of the booking. They will then validate the booking and allow you to exit without fee Kind regards, The Looking4.com Team
