The somewhat complicated subs order was dealt with satisfactorily and efficiently once I approached the LRB office directly. Yet another argument against outsourcing!

Renewing my subscription was easy and painless. The only thing I can think of to improve it would be a clear link on the LRB home page to the renewal (as distinct from subscription) page
