I would like to have an option for an online only subscription available outside the UK. I live in Mexico, and while it is nice to have the physical copy, it is quite expensive on Mexican wages.

Thank you for your feedback, we are keeping track of the amount of people who would be interested in an online only subscription option. You could consider getting the kindle version if you own a kindle and feel that might meet your needs better.
