Thank you for your feedback.
I can see that all emails that you have sent have been replied to - please could you check your spam/junk folder in case our replies are being filtered.
Regarding the colour of the mats - you selected 'royal' blue trim & logos, which is what you have been sent.
The boot mat fitment is peculiar - I can see that your mats have been shipped to Belgium, so I can only think that the RS boot/trunk area may be a different shape/size on European models compared to the British RS models.
We've sold around 800 RS Mk3 boot mats to British customers, and have never had an issue with the fitment, so I suspect it may come down to a difference in floor plan on the European models.
Thank you for your feedback regarding this, and we will look in to it to ensure that future sales to mainland Europe, with boot mats added, are the correct shape/size.
I will also be in touch to discuss your replacements, and an offer of partial reimbursement for the inconvenience caused.
