Unfortunately this purchase was made by a German competitor who had previously rang us threatening to "ruin our company" if we did not stop listing mats for left hand drive vehicles. Apparently they did not want us to list LHD mats as that was "their corner of the market" and we should stick to selling to British customers only. I will not publicly state the company's name, but they are big players on eBay and also have a popular website - it seems that dealing with new competition is not their thing. This was proven and evidence sent to Feefo, who chose to ignore clear evidence and not remove the review. I would like to think that the rest of our genuine feedback speaks for itself, and that this defamatory review will not work as intended by the person who left it. None of the emails that the competitor mentions in this review exist. No pictures were ever sent - the mats sent are exact replicas of original Ford Fiesta Mk6 LHD mats, so they cannot "not fit". The competitor did not message our Facebook page, as stated here. Another defamatory lie is that we do not help customers experiencing issues with their order. Surprisingly, we do not receive mostly 5* reviews, and have an overall rating of 4.8, by completely ignoring customers. The extremely small amount of customers who experience issues with their order, be it an error made by themselves when ordering, or a rare instance in which we may have made an error when processing the order, always receive swift & courteous replies, and a replacement is usually sent for them within days. Anyway, I do not wish to spend any more time replying to this defamatory work of fiction. The failure to remove this review will be appealed, and the company in question has been reported to the European Consumer Centre for their practices and threats. Kind regards, Ian
