Really happy with the matts, you would of throught they are manufacturer ones! Also they were delivered in a more than reasonable time considering they are bespoke

Excellent product and arrived very quickly and fairly priced.
Just bought these as a birthday present for my sisters new A5. Fitted them last night for her and just got a text to say she absolutely loves them and can't believe how much it transforms the inside...
Mats are great quality and reasonably priced in my opinion.
Would have liked to have seen some kind of timeline email telling me how far along the production of the mats was going. Minor detail...

Thank you for your feedback, and I am glad to hear you are happy with the mats.
Regarding the timeline email - customers are sent a confirmation at the time of ordering, with clear turnaround times on the email, as well as the details of the product(s) that they have ordered.
We also advise of dispatch time at every point during checkout, so that all customers are aware of how long it is likely to take for the mats to be manufactured (as everything is made to order).
Once completed and dispatched, customers are sent all relevant tracking information via email so that they can track the parcel online.
Customers also receive an email from the courier when the item has been dispatched, and when the item is out for delivery, with a time slot advising when delivery will be attempted.
