Hi, the service was swift and was delivered when you said it would be. The mats are of good quality, although I haven’t managed to fit them yet! All in all a good experience.

Thank you for your feedback.
I have just checked your order (#29449) - placed on 10th April 2020.
At the time of ordering, you opted for the free '3 day courier' shipping option.
You were also advised of a 7-8 working day lead/turnaround time (which includes dispatch time as all of our mats are made to order).
I can see that the mats were delivered on the 20th.
This means that they were delivered on the 6th working/business day since your order - therefore 2 days early.
