Arrived early for my appointment but not a problem was dealt with straight away very polite staff and kept informed of what stage the application was

Anxious experience

Long wait, anxious feeling, loan not amount asked for, wasn’t informed about parkingand bus lane before appointment so may have fine and not enough time to read through paperwork before signing

overall they are a very good company. If u need help with your finances

Well they didn’t very good service but after I have emailed the company twice and no response. It’s been at least 2 weeks.
