Thank you for your feedback Ben. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. 

We really value customer feedback and your comments have been passed to the Area Manager regarding our customer service representative and  Management in regards to an addition of access to your account details online.
