Service was good

It would be more helpful if the black and white kitten had an on/off switch so the battery can't run out as quickly. Otherwise a good purchase.

Product failed to arrive

Placed an order, which never arrived, after just over a week I was advised the order had been lost and issued a refund. Hopeless, buy elsewhere.
