Total let down

Have in stock what they say they have in stock and not tell you 10 days later.. Aka one week before Christmas that your order will be 2 to 3 weeks. Appalling

We are so sorry this email was never received. As we were then notified it was delayed even further we can see our team did offer you an alternative.
