Отзывы о Lily's Kitchen

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I'm sorry to hear your little one isn't enjoying their Lily's Kitchen recipe. I really do apologise that our Breakfast Crunch wasn't a favourite with your little pooch. As a dry recipe, it is designed to be a crunchy texture that many dogs enjoy, but we understand that every dog has their own individual preferences when it comes to taste and texture. If your little one prefers a softer texture, it might be worth trying of our wet recipes. If you are feeding this recipe for the first time, it is important to transition them over properly. With our recipes, we recommend starting with a small amount of the new recipe mixed in with your pet's existing food, and gradually increasing the proportion of the new recipe (while decreasing the old) over a period of 9-14 days until you are feeding only the new recipe. If you would like to discuss this further, please do get in touch with us at hello@lilyskitchen.co.uk, and we will be more than happy to help.
