We will not require pictures of your solar cover if you are having issues with it in transit, but we would love to assist you with your missing package. Our team of customer support experts is available at 1.800.356.3025 or support@poolsupplies.com Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm, Friday 8 am - 7 pm, or Saturday & Sunday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm EST and is eagerly waiting to assist you.
