Without discussing specific cases in public, we ask landlords in advance if they are open to considering pets at any given property, from that point we only arrange viewings if the applicant has declared "no pets" on our initial registration. Upon taking reservations for rental properties, tenants are asked to sign to confirm if they have credit issues which may affect their decision to be passed/rejected in advance of the checks being carried out. If a tenant declares that there is previous bad credit we do not run the references and incur their cost without discussing this either with the landlord or checking in advance that a suitable guarantor can be found, and the landlord is happy with that arrangement. We cannot discuss the particulars of your case in open discussion however you are more than welcome to contact the office to discuss this further.
