The advertised price was far lower than the actual price
They advertise a rental property at £300 per month less than that actual price. The actual price was only revealed after the property had been viewed and I had asked to take on the property.

The staff were extremely efficient and only too happy to help. We were able to discuss all sorts of issues/concerns and the process was very simple and smoothly.
