Dear Firoza, thank you for your feedback.We are very sorry for your negative experience and apologise for the inconvenience we've caused. In some regions, our drivers take a picture of the clients as proof that the transfer was complete.

I do feel taking pictures is quite personal and invades a person's privacy.
Again the driver was not rude and was on time however there should be another way to prove that the transfer was complete without invading one's privacy.

It really is, we are very sorry you've gone through this. Also, thank you for telling us about it, we will contact our partners and talk to them about this issue and let them know that taking a picture without permission is not normal.
