We are pleased that the celebrant, florist, and audiovisual content were excellent; all are such important elements to help honour a life lived. We do indeed offer reserved seating for the family at services and are disappointed this wasn't the case for you. We are looking into this. We understand that our Operations Manager has assisted in rectifying the death certificate and apologise for this inconvenience.

Yes Briony was most apologetic and did want to resolve the issue. I will keep this rating though as I believe the first person dealing with us should have been far more thorough, especially as I corrected the facts 3 times .
It is a care factor .
