Our whole experience with Kings was excellen and I would recommend them.
The staff were so professional and showed great care and support before during and after mums funeral. Children were involved and were made to feel comfortable and confident.

They treated us with kindness and sensitivity at a particularly traumatic time and were just as supportive of us when we chose to have a very simple funeral

Don't recommend at all.
Pure lack of professionalism, understanding, organisation and time management skills. Very poor considering the service and care they say that they will deliver, but ultimately they dont.

A name? Funny this fake rating is also not professional. When does privacy come into this?
Ok this is hugely not profesional I was going to leave names out but *personal information removed by Feefo* needs counciling or workplaxe assistance to suppirt him in actually doing his job and listening to his customers and where do I start with *personal information removed by Feefo* ?
Yes, we too had issues with the death certificate! Great job guys you can keep trying to patch the problems and errors of your way but free speech and privacy is apparently not free.
I would appreciate you removing this name attached otherwise I will take this to the privacy commissioner. I really should have esculated this whole calamity onto the small claim comissioner. Probably not too late.
Alter your response or I will pursue.
