With regards to your feedback as the attachments is run from the slow speed outlet this keeps you in total control of the ingredients being used but as with a manual grater a little pressure is required. As the different drums are used for different ingredients I have listed these for you to see, as stated in the user manual. Drum No 1 - For fine shredding :- chocolate, nuts, carrot and cheese. Drum No 2 - For coarse shredding :- chocolate, nuts, carrot and cheese. Drum No 3 - For thin slicing :- onion, cabbage, cucumber, carrot, apples, potato and chocolate. Drum No 4 - For thick slicing :- onion, cabbage, cucumber, carrot, apples, potato, chocolate and beetroot. Drum No 5 (Rasping drum) - For grating parmesan cheese and potato for German potato dumplings.
