Thank you for taking the time to send us a message via Feefo reviews. When taking an order over the telephone your email is taken so that you receive the despatch notification, an 'account' is not setup in the same way as you would enter the information online. When setting up online you choose your password for your security so you can log in online to track your previous orders and to gain reward points.
