Firstly may I apologise for the issues you have experienced.I understand that this was a free trial of a machine and that during the course of the trial your Account Manager kept in contact, whilst in the business and again while he was on annual leave on his honeymoon.
I also understand that his colleague also dealt with any queries if unavailable and indeed myself also through email.Having checked our system, I can see that full credits were issued for any and all drinks received and consumed during the trial period and that the machine has been uplifted and our engineer has re-installed your old machine.
Once again, I can only apologise for any issues you experienced with our business during this free trial period.
