Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. I have just checked your order and can see you ordered Bifocal glasses with a dark brown tint on the lenses which is what we have provided. Bifocal lenses are different from varifocal lenses. Hi, I'm sorry you are not happy with your purchase. I have had a look at your order and I can see you placed the order on 22/02/2022 the frame you selected is only available in one size and the measurements are clearly shown on our website. You then contacted us on 28/06/2022 and told us the frame was too small. As you have had the glasses for 4 months this is well out of our 14 day returns policy stated in our terms and conditions. I feel like this is an unfair review as if you had contacted us within the 14 days we would have rectified the problem. Kind regards JP Opticians
