I wouldn't recommend ordering from Joy, you have to pay to return items and you can't return items bought online to one of their stores.

I had to return the dress as it was not suitable. The dress appeared never to arrive back at Joy and even though I produced a Certificate of Posting, Joy said they were unable to take the matter...

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your shopping experience. We do recommend our customers on both website and the return form to send parcels via recorded delivery. As your parcel has not been sent to us via recorded delivery we were unable to provide the refund as it can not be claimed. This does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
