This is a great review and you've identified an area of Johnston Oils service that we would like to improve. As you have highlighted this does bring its own challenges however, Johnston Oils are an innovative company who continuously strive to develop and enhance their service.
Increased communication and a choice of delivery slots is something that would be of great benefit to Johnston Oils customer service. There has been improvements in our delivery options in recent times with next day and in some cases same day deliveries but this is a premium service and can depend on location. We currently schedule our standard deliveries up to 3 working days, this is our most popular option. We also have an economy delivery option which is our most cost effective with delivery up to 7 working days.
Johnston Oils will always look to see if we can improve the service provided and this is an area that we would like to offer customers more choice however, we would need to overcome some of the challenges outlined before we could add this as an option to our service.
