Thank you for providing us with your feedback. During the conveyancing process we endeavoured to help move it along as quickly as possible through liaising with all parties/solicitors. Timescales are very difficult to predict and are always dependent on the solicitors involved, with many factors out of our hands. In this case the sale completed within 7 weeks. Our statistics show the average time between sale agreed and exchange is 12 weeks, therefore we are disappointed to hear you weren’t completely satisfied. We wish you well in your new home.
