We have checked with the hotel who have apologised that they could not find your reservation upon arrival as it was a last minute booking they had not entered it on their system. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the hotel.

We are pleased you enjoyed your short break in the Radisson Blu hotel. The hotel is well liked for the location overlooking the harbour and Elizabeth Castle. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the meal service in the Radisson hotel.
It was very easy to use this website. Everything was explained in a manor that could be understood very easy. I shall certainly be using this company again for our next trip to Jersey.
