Thank you for taking the time to review your recent travel to Jersey, we are disappointed that you feel that the service levels did not meet your expectations.
We note that you completed your 'flight only' booking directly via our website, the prices displayed are transparent and were accepted by you when you confirmed your reservation. The flight selected is one of our many charter services that we offer, unfortunately due to the nature of the booking these seats do not generate their own individual code and are not compatible for online check in, clients are advised that check in can only be completed at the airport, for which there is no charge.
Golf clubs were added to your booking (airline supplement charged) so I am unsure why you advise that we didn't confirm these. On occasion the airline may not have sufficient space onboard your flight and carriage of exceptional items will be provided on the next available service if necessary.
We do very much hope this offers some clarity, if you wish to discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
We do hope that you were able to enjoy your holiday in Jersey.

Helpful staff who had excellent knowledge and gave good advice. Being inexperienced travellers we appreciated the help and assistance given when booking.
