Lara was so helpful when we booked and sorted our problems we had with travel arrangements due to bad weather. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept us informed throughout.

The Government of Jersey have measures to help protect the Island from Covid-19 by putting in place testing on arrival and periods of self isolation dependent on regions of the UK. Information regarding your region was provided to you in advance of travel, unfortunately the region you declared was designated Amber, requiring a period of self isolation of between 5 and 7 days. Despite this you elected to continue with your travel, however on arrival you were not prepared to quarantine and chose to return home. We are sorry that you were unable to enjoy a holiday in Jersey at this time, however we cannot be held responsible for you not meeting entry requirements at this time, should you wish to discuss further please contact me directly.

Before my traveling, I check up " region risk assessment " it was GREEN, when I arrived it became AMBER, I stuck in airport nowhere to turn & try to reach you, nobody response, other passengers have same problems like me got help from their agent assistant them coming back to UK or other alternatives re-arrange another holiday, finally I need to paid my ticket again to coming back home, even the BA officer in Jersey airport ( Mickle ) think this is so injustice try to help and contact to you but you are the only company not available to do anything at that moment.
The car hiring company you book for me ( EURO CAR ) in Jersey airport assure me I can get fully refund plus extra money I paid for the return flight at same day.
It is extremely sad after I wrote to you and explain what happen, your reaction are to blame the Jersey government & your customers region they coming from but nothing to do with you .
You and your company need to know what is the meaning of customer service & with basic integrity to carry on, without them it is only the time you are going out from this industry.
