Thank you for taking the trouble to complete our feedback request. We are sorry to hear that inadequate information was transmitted to you regarding directions to the Merlin House apartments. We do not offer instructions as a matter of course but would certainly do so if requested, this would normally be in the form of a map which would be sent or e-mailed to you. We are pleased to hear that overall your holiday was a success and trust that we may be given the opportunity to redeem ourselves at some time in the future.

All worked very well, flight, transfers and hotel . Thankyou.
We do feel that the local airport Manston Kent, could be marketed more, it is so convenient for anyone living in Kent.
Good prompt service, paperwork correct and followup information a great help. Could do with warning visitors about the strict parking regulations and parking hours.
