Overall very good but problems with the car hire arrangements. Waited over two hours for the car to arrive at the hotel and Europa did not appear to have the booking.
Efficient with initial booking and providing itinerary and travel details but did not acknowledge receipt of final balance which I think was poor.

Thank you for responding to our feedback . I would like to clarify some of the points that you have raised, firstly these Hotels are allocated 48 hrs before departure by the Hotel Group, we have no input into this. A higher grade Hotel can often be allocated but this is purely down to availabilty at the time. The tariff that is paid on the 3sun special at the Uplands Hotel is £9 pppn night cheaper than the standard tariff resulting in a total saving of £126.Overall we still consider that the 2 and 3 sun specials represent excellent value for money.
