Many Thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear that there was an issue with your booking and I will look into how this happened as a matter of urgency. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday in Jersey.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry about the delay to your return home, and that you didn't realise the ferry sailed via Guernsey, which is the case with the majority of fast ferry sailings. In terms of your hotel, I have checked your booking and we had a Classic Double booked and confirmed, in fact our contract with the hotel does not include smaller doubles for us to be able to book. I will bring this up with Chateau La Chaire in order to ensure if does not happen again. We hope that these issues did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're pleased that you had a pleasant holiday. We will review our representation of the De Normandie Hotel and see how we can make the location clearer. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the meals there, and will pass on your feedback.
