Thank you for your feedback regarding the Norfolk Hotel. We have been in touch with the hotel and they have informed us that they followed strict recommended procedures once they were made aware of the sickness in the hotel. The Health department were informed and the recommended Action plan put in place regarding extra cleaning in the hotel . Leaflets were given to guests regarding the Noro Virus as a precaution and guests were asked to complete a form. This is the first time that the hotel have experienced this.
Easy to book all transfers and hotel excellent. Hotel was lovely breakfast very good staff very helpful at The Royal best Western would recommend and return.Thank you for a lovely break.
The girl who dealt with our booking,Ness, was friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. We have booked throughJ.T the last few times we have been to Jersey...

Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry that you weren't able to get into the seafood buffet, it is deservedly very popular. We will however pass your comments on to the hotel in relation to their policies for reserving seating for in-house guests.
