Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent holiday in Jersey and your stay at the Norfolk Hotel. We are pleased to hear that you found our service helpful and that you will use us in the future.
Not only did they recommend an excellent hotel, but they also advised which room(s) would offer the best view and be the quietest from noise.

Thank you for your feedback, we're really sorry for the miscommunication over the walk-in shower. We realise looking at your comments that it's easy to interpret this on the website as a fully accessible shower rather than just a walk-in shower being not over a bath as explained. We will update this to avoid this confusion in the future. We hope this didn't take away from the enjoyment of your holiday overall and you had a good time in Jersey with your mother.

Thank you for your reply. I agree that it would be best to revise the wording with regard to the shower.
