Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent holiday in Jersey. We are sorry to hear that your thought our service as poor. We normally receive excellent feedback regarding our service. A confirmation Invoice was sent to you on the day the reservation was made. We do ask that you check through the details and contact us if there are any errors . When travelling with Easy jet all hold/checked in luggage has to be paid for regardless of size we normally ask if everyone wished to check in luggage as it is then the clients decision whether everyone wishes to pay extra for a bag.

Prompt answers to a couple of queries I had. Obvious knowledge of the island.
