The service they gave us was top class. The transfer were on time . When I phoned to book the holiday up they were very polite and helpful

The Royal hotel is in an excellent location in St Helier. We usually receive excellent feedback about the hotel and have many repeat guests.

Thank you for your feedback about the Bon Viveur Guest house , we have passed your comments to the Guest house who assure us that the rooms are all cleaned on a daily basis. They have advised the pillows were all new this year they would have been happy to offer new pillows had this been brought to their attention whilst you were there. We are please you liked the location of the guest house and that the meals were all excellent.,.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent holiday in Jersey for the Battle of Flowers.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide transfers to and from the event on the Thursday and Friday as the Avenue is closed off. We are unable to give exact information about the seating area as the seats are only erected 2 days prior to the event. We do inform clients that the seating is in the Grandstand and uncovered.

Its strange you say you could not provide transport to and from the event on Thursday and Friday when some other people staying in our hotel who had booked through you had a Tantivy coach to take them to and from the parade on both days???????????????????? Also,yes you informed us about where we were sitting,but you failed to tell us about the alternatives available??

The only issue I had was the disconnect between Jersey Travel and the property owner. Mainly because we were booking at a weekend and at short notice, it took longer than expected to get a proper...
From booking to getting there it was smooth running ,I would always book with them and most definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to go to Jersey our any other channel island.

The Fort D'Auvergne hotel is very well liked because of the location on the beach front.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent holiday in Jersey which was booked through our website. Had we been aware when you made the reservation that your wife needed assistance we would have suggested a private taxi transfer to and from your hotel. Tantivy Blue Coach whom we use for our transfers unfortunately do not have coaches with a platform that lowers up and down. The Battle of Flowers package was not booked or added at the time of making the reservation which is why you did not have
tickets for both events.
