Despite selling an excess protection insurance policy with one set of terms and conditions when you actually come to try and recover your excess under the policy they use a third party administrator...

Everything was good except the collection (of my car) and the delivery of a courtesy car did not happen on the same day. So had 2 cars at my house at the same time.

Not the best service you would expect from Jaguar !
Better communication and a more joined up approach to the repair and hire car service, which I had to take time off work and organise directly with two separate companies.
