Chris Hollingsworth Thank you so much for replying to my submitted comments. You are the only company to do so. Everything we do these days e.g. Booking flights, insurance, trains, coaches, hotels and buying from the internet want to find out how they have done. I have found that if we don't reply to the first request we are bombarded with more until we finally give in. It is a form of bullying as far as I'm concerned. It makes me not want to have contact with these companies again but everyone is starting to do it so where does that leave people like me who do not want these mails? Like most people in this world, I have moans about much of the services being offered on a day to day basis. I often feel that I should say something but never do so I suppose I should not complain when I'm not happy about something but when a company asks for a review form to be completed, they must accept what I write. You have and have replied answering my questions which I really do appreciate. Going back to the review, I have always been more than happy with your service whilst booking travel insurance with you - that's why I stay with you. Although I could have made a claim, I haven't but hopefully I will 'stay' with JS Insurance if I ever do make a claim. Thank you once again for following up my review comments. Susan Poole
