Really appreciate the feedback. On our artwork proofing process we try to be as thorough as possible and the great thing about sending a digital proof on personalised cards is if there is ever a problem it gets picked up straight away before any production begins. We're sorry there was a bit of back and forth this is something we can definitely work to improve on!
