Yes I was refunded 150$ as part of the best price guarantee. My issue is with the price drop guarantee from a trip in January. One of your agents was suppose to register me and even confirmed that I was eligible for this and said that I would receive to difference in the mail. Instead I receive an email saying I won't be getting it after 4 plus months of inquiring. The 150$ received from best price guarantee has nothing to do with the other. Please don't make it sound like you have done me any favors as I also was the one fitting to get that too...
