You have to wait too long in the queue to speak with someone. Music on hold is so repetitive when in queue for long periods if time.

Poor customer service. Book directly from trip provider next time.

Bad service. Trip price dropped by over $100 in price within $48 and agent wouldn’t acknowledge or help she suggested I cancel and rebook the trip, but did not mention the $250 cancellation penalty...

Please bear in mind all rates are solely determined by the tour operators. Prices do fluctuate and as you will hopefully concur, this is an area where we have absolutely no control. We reviewed the phone call, and the agent advised there would be a $250.00 cancellation penalty, at that time to cancel. The agent advised if you wanted to rebook the package, we could not guarantee the prices will remain the same as what you were seeing online.
