The phone service was disgusting.I was on the phone in total 1-30 mins.
Get a better service on answering the phone.Once I got a reply it all went good.

Hi, Thanks for the message, this was refunded today for you. Obviously it takes 3-5 working days to appear back in your account, but this is the banks not us.
