Issue wasnt able to be resolved by infinity but this wasn't their fault

I have had to put good as there isn't a not applicable option. The engineers were not able to resolve the problem as it was a provider issue.

Quickly resolved

Although the issue was resolved quickly, it was not clear why it occurred in the first place.
