Well recommended
Excellant, so easy to use, cheaper than airport parking which we normally use. Would use again and recommend

Didn't use
I didn't actually use the service. I was due to fly to Tenerife but couldn't do so due to FCO restrictions

Not very helpful
Customer contact very poor as flghts were cancelled but could not get refund for parking as it was not required. Told i could have an open ended credit note but requested conditions of use no reply...

Dropped car off, handed keys in, very covid aware, masks and visors worn by the staff and drivers Returned to the airport after the holiday and the driver was waiting, didn't even have to ring for...
