New to HR inform I found Jenny very helpful when talking to her and asking questions around the service. Once agreed everything was put into action very quickly to enable me to start using the service

User friendly and lots of useful templates
Easy to use platform with lots of good templates and employment law related information. Reasonably priced as well.

Good product
Really good customer service from initial enquiry to sale.
Some useful documents and policies, and useful to be able to access salary bench marking information.
