Had washing machine less than 2 years, it's broken. Hoover said I had to pay engineer to fix and only after that would they look at it and even consider paying anything towards the repair. In the end...
My washing machine has broken 3 times in the past 2 years. The engineers come and fix it every time, however I would like a machine that isn't as unreliable
