Hello Nicola, thank you for your order. I am truly sorry to hear that the transaction did not work out and caused you stress. Unfortunately, your new build house address is not currently in the Royal Mail database, which Yodel uses to locate addresses, resulting in failed delivery attempts despite my efforts to provide clear directions. I have been diligently following up with Yodel, providing them with daily updates and guidance to get your item delivered to you. However, the repeated movements of the mirror around the warehouse and the delivery process has caused damage to the box, which is not ideal. Regarding the collection, DPD has reported that they arrived to collect the goods, but they are not ready for collection, which is an unusual response. I am committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible and have already emailed you to discuss a solution.

Dear Nicola, We appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of your Hollywood Mirror upon delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the damage due to the multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts made by the Yodel driver. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this issue. The driver could simply not find your address as it was a new build and not traceable on Google Maps, Royal mail or a sat nav. The mirror being moved in and out of the van and around the depot multiple times caused damage. Rest assured; we are fully committed to resolving this matter promptly. I have emailed you to arrange the uplift of the damaged mirror and process your refund as soon as we receive the item. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
