The service I had on the phone was first class
The gentleman was first class and couldn’t do enough for me
Was very helpful and done everything I needed until the holiday was fully sorted well done

Avoid dealing with this company they will only disappoint. Very poor
Poor service found my own alternative accommodation because where I was put was disgusting. Was promised refund still waiting for some of it

Weare surprised at the comments regarding the hotel as the most recent reviews are very good and commensurate with the official, rating. That said, we apologise if our team could not source a hotel which met your expectations. All refunds have been processed to the original card account. Please check all accounts and contact your bank in the first instance as these funds have left our control.

You can keep saying you have paid me in full but I was promised £1,181 I have only received £1,060 check your emails

The refund was made in two transactions and may have been to different cards. We have refunded in full as promised and request that you check all accounts used during booking.

I know it was paid in two transactions but it still doesn’t add up to the amount that was agreed on check your emails and if you need help with your maths try using a calculator

We do not contract directly with the hotel and therefore refute the comments made. It is rarely that late accommodation changes are made by the supplier and we do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please use the complaints procedure and our team will investigate the issue raised.

I have contacted holiday gems, we were told prior to departure the hotel was confirmed this is the crux of my issue
