You should have received a full confirmation sent to your email address on 30 January 2014. Please check your spam/junk mail folder in the event your provider has filtered the email. We will require your passport details but a form is included in your booking confirmation documents. We have now resent the documents.

The documents will be sent by post as they have now been emailed on 3 seperate occasions to the correct email address. We are concerned that what appears to be a fault on your system has resulted in a negative review for Holiday Gems as we have endeavoured to enure that you have received the documents. Please note that you will not receive final travel documents until 7 days prior to departure.

Thank you for your positive review and your constructive comments have been noted for future consideration. We would, however, point out that we in turn are charged for the use of debit cards by our merchant services.

We believe that this has been resolved with our complaints department and that you have accepted the offer made which included extras
