The only complaint is the phone call charges. On the phone for an hour on hold and although the lady was very helpful it cost me a bomb to talk. Would rather email them. Carol was very helpful.

We do apologise for the call waiting times but we now have a land line number for our after sales. Our office is experiencing unprecedented high call volumes and we are aware of the delay, however, this is being addressed by our senior management
