AS we do not own the transfer company in resort and act only as agents on their behalf, it is unfortunate that our service has been reviewed negatively. It would appear that a complaint has been emailed today and will be addressed by our complaints department. We regret that a transfer has spoiled an otherwise enjoyable holiday and trust that we are able to resolve the issue with the suppliers involved

All my dealings with Holiday Gems thus far have been good. I have yet to receive all my paperwork as we dont travel till later in the year however I anticipate that this will also be unproplematic.
